Dr. Clovia Hamilton is a distinguished academic and professional whose career spans engineering, law, business, and ethics. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where her expertise includes artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology transfer. Her academic journey is marked by an impressive array of degrees: a Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering, an MBA, a JD, and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law, among others.

Dr. Hamilton’s professional experience is equally diverse. She has held faculty positions at institutions such as SUNY Korea, Winthrop University, and East Carolina University, teaching subjects ranging from operations management to engineering ethics. Her government service includes roles at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the EPA, and the Department of Transportation, where she contributed to environmental engineering and intermodal transportation planning.
